REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We guarantee that the quality of products will meet or exceed expectations. Knightsbridge upholds the highest standards for quality and every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. If you somehow receive a defective product, you may return it within two weeks of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund or replacement.
To arrange a return or exchange, please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions. If contacting us by email, please email email@example.com with your order number and the request for a refund or exchange. We will then respond with a Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions. If contacting us by phone, please have your order number ready and call us at 415-649-6684 to obtain a Return Ticket ID.
You are responsible for correctly measuring your head to choose the right size. However, if you measured your head correctly and feel an adjacent size would fit you better, we will provide an exchange free of cost. The item must be returned in its original condition and the exchange request made within two weeks of receipt of the item. After speaking with a Knightsbridge representative, you can place a new order on the website and send back the original order. You will be credited back a full refund as soon as the original item is received at Knightsbridge. Please note that only one size exchange is allowed per customer.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?
After we receive the returned item, a refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
