We require customers to use the chin strap for at least one week to allow for proper adjustment and to ensure the product's effectiveness. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product has only been used for two or three days. This period is necessary for you to adjust the strap for optimal comfort and performance and to assess whether it meets your needs.

Size Exchanges

 

You are responsible for accurately measuring your head to choose the correct size. However, if you have measured correctly and believe an adjacent size would fit you better, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the exchange request must be made within two weeks of receiving the item. After discussing it with a Knightsbridge Sleep Solutions representative, you may return the original order. A full refund will be credited to you as soon as we receive the returned item at our Fulfillment Center. Please note that only one size exchange is allowed per customer.

 

How Long Does It Take to Receive a Credit for a Returned Item?

 

Once we receive the returned item, a refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
