Alleged Hijacking Was a Company Dispute, Not a Criminal Act

Reports of a hijacking involving a Dual Band chin strap are false and misleading. The incident in question was a business dispute between business partners and inventors of the product.

The dispute arose from a disagreement over the ownership and rights to the Dual Band chin strap. One of the inventors, Laurence Jay Shaw, claims that his former business partner, Edwin Manzano, illegally took possession of the chin strap website and prevented him from accessing it.

Edwin Manzano, on the other hand, maintains that he had a legitimate right to the chin strap website and product manufacture center and that Laurence Jay Shaw has a debt of $84k.

The dispute has been ongoing for several months and has involved legal action. However, at no point has there been any criminal activity or threats of violence.
