Big help with big problems

I bought the XL after measuring myself, as per the instructions, and it was too large. I contacted them and the customer service was very good. I paid shipping costs, but a new one is coming my way that should fit and I was allowed to keep the old one and hopefully modify it and make it work. I don't know how it will end up but the customer service is A+.

I ordered the Dual Band Premium

I ordered the Dual Band Premium, and while the product worked wonders, the fit was too large. The device would slip during the night, to the point the top of the device would end up covering my eyes. However, they have top notch customer service, and processed an exchange for a smaller size at no extra charge. I'm really happy with my item, as is my partner! No more dry mouth !

The Dualband Chinstrap has done a great job in decreasing my extremely dry mouth! The "newest" remodel with larger ear openings is much more comfortable. The chin strap, however, can be uncomfortable when I place the Cpap face mask ontop. The strap can irritate my chin and cheeks Maybe a more cushioned strap? Overall, very satisfied!!
