Politique d'expédition
Please keep in mind the following information:
1. Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Checking Order Status: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
3. Undelivered Orders: If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@dualbandchinstrap.com with your name and order number. We will investigate the matter for you.
4. Exchanges: We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit. If the chin strap you ordered doesn't fit as expected, we do accept exchanges for a different size. However, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the exchange.
5. Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at admin@knightsbridgesleepsolutions.com or support@dualbandchinstrap.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis but will make every effort to find a satisfactory solution.
