Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

7-Day Trial Recommendation

We understand that adjusting to a new sleep product takes time. That's why we kindly recommend wearing the Knightsbridge Dual Band chin strap consistently for at least 7 nights before deciding to return it. Many customers find it takes a few nights to fully adjust and begin experiencing the benefits.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • It must have the original tags and be in its original packaging

  • You must include your order number (e.g., XXXXDBCS)

To start a return, please email us at support@dualbandchinstrap.com.
If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Do not send items back without first contacting us — they will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@dualbandchinstrap.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

If your chin strap doesn't fit, we do accept exchanges for a different size.
Note: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@dualbandchinstrap.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card provider.

  2. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us.

Gifts

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval.
Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
